Kimchi Fried Rice
If you are prepared and have the ingredients handy, this is an easy recipe to complete for a great meal.Add meat if desired (tuna/sausage/ham/bacon/spam)Prepare entire meal over medium heat (depending on your stovetop)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 cups sour kimchi
- 5 whole eggs
- 2 cups cooked rice sushi/sticky
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 can meat optional
- 1/4 cup cheese optional
- ? tbsp crumbled seaweed if desired
Instructions
- Cut meat into small pieces, fry to your desired preference, remove from pan and set aside1 can meat
- In a bowl cut kimchi into small pieces2 cups sour kimchi
- Scramble eggs in a frying pan with oil, then remove from pan and set aside2 tbsp canola oil, 5 whole eggs
- In the frying pan, add 2 more tbsp's of canola oil, add chopped kimchi and sugar, stir well till no longer soggy2 cups sour kimchi, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp canola oil
- To the frying pan, add cooked rice (sticky/sushi rice), stir together2 cups cooked rice
- Now add the previously cooked eggs to the pan, stir together
- Add meat to pan and mix in if you chose to use this ingredient1 can meat
- Leave it for a couple of minutes then turn off the heat
- Sprinkle cheese/crumbled seaweed on top if desired1/4 cup cheese, ? tbsp crumbled seaweed
