Equipment

  • 1 knives
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 spatula turner

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 3 tbsp raisin vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cup peppers sliced
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cob corn removed from cob
  • pad see ew noodles
  • 1 tbsp basil

Instructions
 

Prepare The Sauce

  • mix all ingredients to make the sauce and set aside
    2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp chili paste, 3 tbsp raisin vinegar

The Dish

  • add oil to pan and stir fry onion and peppers, move to side
    2 tbsp oil, 2 cup onion, 2 cup peppers
  • push the onion and peppers to the side of the pan
    add oil to pan and fry the eggs
    3 whole eggs, 2 tbsp oil
  • mix eggs and veggies in the pan
  • add fresh corn and mix together
    1 cob corn
  • add noodles and mix together with sauce
    pad see ew noodles
  • add in basil for flavor and stir fry all ingredients until wilted
    1 tbsp basil
  • put into bowls, let cool if required and enjoy
